The Gories 1990 session outtakes surface on "Cry Girl" seven-inch

There's a seven-inch of The Gories' unissued recordings of "Cry Girl" b/w "Everything That's Mine" being sold at shows.

Here's the scoop...

Two unreleased GORIES tracks "Cry Girl" b/w "Everything That's Mine" (a cover of The Motions song penned by guitarist Robbie Van Leeuwen pre-Shocking Blue)  recorded in Memphis in 1990 for their second album. It's coming out in support of their European tour and only available at shows, the Wild Honey online store and via Bandcamp in a limited edition. Very few copies on transparent blue vinyl and some on black. DIY package by Paolo Proserpio and Marta Biasi. Crazy stuff.

Check out The Gories' version of "Cry Girl" and a recent Berlin performance of "Everything That's Mine" followed by the original recordings by The Kan Dells and The Motions respectively.

You may be able to snag a copy of The Gories single on Bandcamp if yer quick. Try here
