Toronto steel pan legend Panman Pat McNeilly turns 80 in dub

You can hear Panman Pat doing his thing on the street at Yonge & Bloor and various TTC stations. Local Dish issued a 4-song 10".

LD42: Panman 80: "Bobolee In Town" -- having recently celebrated a milestone 80th birthday, living legend Panman Pat is back with 4 tracks showcasing his mastery of the steel pan in funk, reggae and soca.

Fellow member of the Canadian steel pan community and singer-songwriter in her own right, Zaynab Wilson plays drums, Pat Blanchard adds trombone and Arif Mirbaghi provides basslines across time & space. Listen to some clips and get a digital copy via Bandcamp right here.
