Mike Taylor Quartet captured live in '65

A rare 1965 recording by Brit jazz pianist Mike Taylor's quartet – prior to cutting the Pendulum album – has recently surfaced. 

Here's the scoop...

The five tracks that make up the Mike Taylor Quartet's Mandala album released by Jazz In Britain are previously unheard. These are the only known live recordings of the group documented by drummer Jon Hiseman at the Studio Club, Westcliff-On-Sea, Southend on Friday, January 8th, 1965.
