Happy Birthday Charles Tolliver!

Celebrating Charles Tolliver's birthday with his Paper Man recording which he'll be performing at NYC's Blue Note. 

In 1968, Charles Tolliver's debut album as a leader was the recording titled Paper Man. The album featured Gary Bartz, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and Joe Chambers. On March 14-17, Charles Tolliver will celebrate the 50 year anniversary of that iconic album's release by performing the music from Paper Man with Gary Bartz again alongside at New York's Blue Note Jazz Club.
